Here is one in example from a quick google search http://www.freetrainers.com/ One thing I have found out is knowledge is your best start. Know your body type, be commited and wait 6 weeks to see TRUE results. It'll be tough at first (first 6 weeks) but then you'll get hooked on your new life style and the results will be the incentive. No quick fixes..ever.
