    It depends on country to country... even studio to studio. In India its around Rs6000 (120 USD). You can also try temporary tattoos for trial.. just check http://www.tattoomanufacturers.com , http://www.picassoexports.com , http://temporarytattoos.in & http://www.picassopromos.com & you'll find many such designs
