How does a chicken run around with its head cut off with out a eustatian tube to maintain its balance?

The eustachian tube is part of the mammalian anatomy, and I don't think it is present in avians, whose ears are constructed very differently. No doubt chickens have other balance organs, but they may be in a different place.

They run around from the nerve endings being stimulated, they are already dead. I don't think they have the same ear anatomy as humans.
