Why do we always put a brave face on things, rather than admitting we need help?

We don't. I do sometimes, I had to learn to ask for help, so I am better at it.

Because we all have problems, challenges and obstacles to solve, face and overcome..we don't want to be burdening others if we can "fix" it ourselves and so we go it alone for awhile..unless one is a martyr or whiner/complainer, or "woe is me er", we want to try to solve our own problems first before we throw in the towel and impose on anyone else! :) Happy Saturday! :)

Because alot of us think it's a sign of weakness to ask for help and we have been raised to not show weakness at all costs.

I don't know anyone that like to be seen as being vulnerable.
