You should really seek a therapist for this one. At least, you can pretty much release anything you want to talk about to him or her, in a confidential environment.

Talking Therapy or Counselling

Let it all out. Write down everything you like and dislike about yourself so that you can decipher what bothers you. Think of the most important/worthy qualities to you. Intelligence? Loyalty? Calm? and strive toward those, and recognize which ones you DO have. Every being is worthy of life. You are, and I don't even know you. Get away from people who demean your self-worth; but if it's children, realize they take you for ganted but will realize your true worth later on. If you feel proud of yourself for whatever you accomplished (even if nobody knows about what you've done), then others will respect you. If you go around with ur head down (literally or metaphorically) then it will automatically lower people's expectations and 'description' of you. YOU ARE WORTH A LOT, prolly more than people realize. But most of all, more than you believe.

By working on your good points, write a list of things you are good at and things like I'm am a caring/hardworking person. Concentrating on your good side for a while will boost your confidence to work on issues that are bothering you. In time write a list of whats getting you down and work on them one at a time. If you feel like you need help see a councilor to help you throught it.
