I would have to say when Ed becomes a state alchemist there r a few other ones of course but realistically the whole series could be considered my favorite episode :P

I really like it when the boys were with teacher on the island. I thought that was a good part. I also liked, even though it was sad, when Mae Hughes died. They showed his funeral with his little girl that he always bragged about. I think the best for me though was when Mustang kind of went renegade. It was towards the end of the series.

When the flashback about Ed getting his automail legs and arms attached. That proves that he had grown up in such a short amount of time.

Heheh when Al says to Ed, "I want to touch you, brother". BEST LINE EVER! Also I liked the last episodes and the episodes with Nina.

when ed duals mustang in the mock battle...when in the beginning al asks ed for his plan and ed says 'a fist in his face!'. lol and then the whole speech mustang gives about being a soldier throughout their whole battle.

Most defenatly when Ed is heading back to his hometown to get his arm reattached and he tells (i think it was Hughes?) "Tell Mustang that'd I'd never die before you you morally corrupt colonel with a God complex". Or something to that effect....
