  • They are rather strict. I believe that the letter of the law is that it is a citable offense to drink and appear in public to the point that you are a danger to yourself or others, but I've seen cops take a rather liberal interpretation of this. Pennsylvania also considers a lot of places "public" that the average person would not. Pennsylvania is an asswipe state all around. Move out.
