Seriously, wanting to be "SUPER SKINNY" is the stupidest trend to come along, bar none.
There is NOTHING sexy about kidney failure, visible rib bones, and generally looking like an Auschwitz survivor.
Live in Djibouti for a few weeks. The citizens of that Eastern African nation seem to be very good at losing weight.
As long as your body is healthy then you should not be trying to lose weight!
And if you are already skinny then why get skinnier and lose your health?
Darling, fat is there for a reason -- to keep you alive. Learn to like your body the way it is, bit by bit. If something in your life is stressing you out or is out of your control, find a way to get out of the situation or get counseling. Anorexia is not good for you, even when you are denying it.

There seems to be a great confusion among young girls as to what defines 'attractive'. It is definitely not 'skinny'. Speaking for myself, I love an athletic-looking lady, and I find this to be the benchmark of attractiveness among most men. Note that I say 'men', not boys who have had their tastes swerved by the magazine industry, as have the mindless bimbos that that think that 'skinny=pretty'. WRONG! Skinny girls are sexually uninteresting, and usually lose their boyfriends and husbands to real women.
It looks like people dont want to answer your question and just judge you so I will tell you what I do... I waited 107 pounds and went down to 102 in a months by eating very healthy everyday. I mean all I ate was some healthy cereal with skim milk, turkey and lettuce sandwiches, sushi, fish, and a little of grilled or baked chicken. I also only drank vitamin water and three times a week I would treat myself some vanilla ice cream. I ate 5 times a day, very small portions and I didnt eat after 7 no matter what. I also worked out 4 times a week from Monday to Thursday for 40 minutes. I did the elleptical (I think thats how its spelled) and I did 250 cruches. And I feel much better when I dont fill myself up with food, I also feel lighter and less tired, so it works..
eat nothing but negative calorie foods for like a month and do heaps and heaps of skipping :D 10 mins of skipping is equal to 30 mins bike (cardio shizz)
eat heaps of the negative cal foods (look them up if you dont know what they are..there just fruit and vegies)... also if you get shakey take an iron supp pill :)
i have bulimia and hate feelign full but these foods burn more calories to be digested then the actual calories they have in them so the more you eat the more you lose cause you're bodys trying to digest them also your metabolism will be hell high :)
I definitely am attracted to skinnier girls. If I was a girl I would starve myself if necessary to lose weight. I am not saying what other people should do here.
i am skinnyyyy. i take six different types of dance, and tumbling, and i am a cheerleader. i have dance all day after school on wednesday and on monday and tuesday, i have it for a couple of hours. this really keeps me from eating a lot because i'm too busy to eat. i usually rest on thursday, so i don't eat anything that day, but then on fri, sat, and sun, i go to the gym for an hour or two. i also drink LOTS of green tea because it boosts your metabolism and it gives you a lot of energy if you get the caffeinated kind. also, i suggest at least eating one thing a day, or your metabolism slows down. try an apple or yogurt at the beginning of the day and do NOT eat any junk food when you feel hungry. i lost a LOT of fat and about 14 pounds in one month. i lost three pounds in three days. keep in mind, i was 5'8" and only 120 pounds, so i was pretty skinny to begin with. i mostly lost fat in my thighs.
Whatever you eat, only eat things that are useful for your body. No sodas (diet or sugar)! No ice cream! Fresh, raw vegetables are very useful. No fast food! If you go out for a drink, iced tea or something with a lemon if you like. Mainly, this might sound bad, but if you look at pictures of humans in concentration camps who were not fed, they all lost weight! If you want to lose weight, and are not losing what you want, you don't eat as much! Most Americans probably eat 4 times what they need to eat! Supposedly the human body uses food in your stomach and also in the intestines. The body uses food until it is expelled through sh*tting. In some poorer countries people probably do not take a sh*t for 10 days or more (their bodies have gotten used to this), this way the food in the body can be used as much as necessary, since that is all they have to eat. You can probably live well on tomatoes, green vegetables, squash, beans, potatoes, raw fruit, raw nuts (peanuts, walnuts, chestnuts, acorns (there is an acid that must be removed first before these are eaten so that the acorns are safe to eat), pecans, etc.), herbs (chives, oregano, basil, etc.), popcorn might be a good snack, mostly-liquid soups can be good too. Depending on how much you eat and how much land you have available (land that doesn't have weed killer put on it), you might be able to easily produce all the food you want for free. I recommend canning, freezing, drying foods so you have good foods to eat in the winter. Mainly, what I get out of it is this: pick a body weight and adjust how much food you put into your mouth and swallow and you should obtain the weight you desire. You should, of course, exercise daily. This doesn't have to be hard, but probably a good 30 minutes of exercise is good. Even a faster walk for an hour while walking one's dog might be enough for a lot of people. Eat only 2 times per day, that's what I have done and I'm a guy. I usually have the 1st meal to be very simple, very quick to make, and with little cleanup if any. The 2nd meal can be more time consuming concerning its preparation, but still little cleanup. The 2nd meal is larger than the first. I usually eat once every 10-12 hours, but that probably doesn't really matter. But what I get out of losing weight is: the body is rigged up to put food in its belly and use this food. If you want want to weigh less, then you probably should put less into the body. A lot of people are not used to a lesser amount of food at first and might crave it like mad! They just need to, despite the freaking out, not eat. Eventually the body and the person will get used to it.
Ok but don't skip meals but the easy way to lose weight is to eat blueberries you could even look it up it will tell you everything Hope this helps!!
a way to get skinny is to workout,jogg and stuff but if i were you i wouldn't want to get skinnier cause you do know you can get enerexic
