As long as your body is healthy then you should not be trying to lose weight! And if you are already skinny then why get skinnier and lose your health?

eat nothing but negative calorie foods for like a month and do heaps and heaps of skipping :D 10 mins of skipping is equal to 30 mins bike (cardio shizz) eat heaps of the negative cal foods (look them up if you dont know what they are..there just fruit and vegies)... also if you get shakey take an iron supp pill :) i have bulimia and hate feelign full but these foods burn more calories to be digested then the actual calories they have in them so the more you eat the more you lose cause you're bodys trying to digest them also your metabolism will be hell high :)

Everyone should shutup. she didnt ask for your opinion on what you think of skiny girls she asked how to get skinny. just because a randomer gives a negative on skinny girls won't stop her from wanting to be skinny so save your breath.

Darling, fat is there for a reason -- to keep you alive. Learn to like your body the way it is, bit by bit. If something in your life is stressing you out or is out of your control, find a way to get out of the situation or get counseling. Anorexia is not good for you, even when you are denying it.

It looks like people dont want to answer your question and just judge you so I will tell you what I do... I waited 107 pounds and went down to 102 in a months by eating very healthy everyday. I mean all I ate was some healthy cereal with skim milk, turkey and lettuce sandwiches, sushi, fish, and a little of grilled or baked chicken. I also only drank vitamin water and three times a week I would treat myself some vanilla ice cream. I ate 5 times a day, very small portions and I didnt eat after 7 no matter what. I also worked out 4 times a week from Monday to Thursday for 40 minutes. I did the elleptical (I think thats how its spelled) and I did 250 cruches. And I feel much better when I dont fill myself up with food, I also feel lighter and less tired, so it works..
