We are moving to FL and would like a single family home but hear that the insurance rates have skyrocketed over the last year. Does anyone know if townhomes or condos are cheaper to insure?

I'm in Fl & right now in my county houses aren't selling so this is the best time for you to buy. If you give me the county I could do some research if you'd like.
