I have recently. I told her that I was not willing to take on additional jobs because my salary is the lowest in the office and yet, all of us do the same job. She had no choice but to accept my decision.

truthfully i said, "fuck that. get one of the dish washers to do it." and my chef laughed about it. we are always talking like that in the kitchen tho. i dont recomend you follow my example.
