Wait till you get old, the production of sweat is so low that it's dangerous to exert oneself on a hot day.

I think anti-perspirant deoderants use Aluminium Tetrachlorohydrate.

Can you aid mildly sweaty and clammy hands by applying a deodorant/antipersperant to your palms? if you do not think that this would work, do you have any homemade products that do?
