Freshly baked bread. That is the smell of heaven if you ask me. Although if there was cinnamon, coffee, and chocolate in the air too, I would not be the least bit disappointed.

When I get up in the a.m. I prefer the smell of coffee. But if I am walking in after a long, hard day, I prefer the smell of fresh baking bread. Then again, I own and operate a coffee shop, so I smell fresh coffee all day long...my opinion may be skewed.
