They do, along with the United Kingdom, France and all other countries that possess nuclear weapons.

Because the problem isn't owning the weapons, its who is behind the trigger. America is not a worry. North Korea is.

Everyone knows we have them and we're trusted with them. If we were a problem we'd use them everywhere. We've proven we know how to control them.

USA are the only nation to have used nuclear weapons in a conflict and they used them twice. It did help bring the war to an end but what if Japan had them also? how many bombs would have been dropped if more nations had these in times of glabal conflict? Its obvious that they would have retaliated.... its really not a good idea to develop of keep these weapons.
