Is there any department store that sells ladies' white tights? I'm only wondering because I used to see and enjoy seeing Louise Marilyn Smith in white tights in 1985, 6 and 7.

I believe that most, if not all, department stores still carry white tights. If you cannot find them there, try specialty hosiery stores, such as Sox Appeal, in the US.
