Here are the ingredients of one version from the Food Network: 2 or 3 fresh garlic cloves, peeled and chopped. (If they've started to sprout, don't use them for aioli.) Large pinch coarse sea or kosher salt 1 egg yolk*, at room temperature 1/2 lemon, juiced 2/3 cup pure olive oil (not extra virgin) 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil Freshly ground black pepper

i have tried that recipie, and it seemed a bit too runny for my liking, so i added a bit of pre made mayo, and a tad of flour, and cornflour, Posting Comment... Add a Comment

Really it's just 'garlic mayonnaise'...so add plenty of crushed fresh garlic to a good store bought whole egg mayo and you will reproduce it quite well!
