  • What about strappy black high heels?
  • black if the dress is more black or maybe you can find a shoe that is both cream and black. cream if the dress is more cream even so if that is impossible you never go wrong with black.
  • Pointed Closed Toes Stilletoes. Polished black would spice up the dress. Don't go for the platforms or the open toes.
  • I just heard that nude colored high heel make the legs look longer and thinner. I heard it on some fashion show haha ;) Good luck!
  • If you have slim ankles a black stiletto with an ankle strap will look good.but you do need slim legs. If not a Black Court shoe quite low fronted as ths lengthens and slims the legs.High heels definately. Do not try to match the cream , You will not be able to match it with many other things. Strapless dress if you can wear them ankle strap shoes will look great very retro-modern Have a nice time feel comfortble in what you choose and I mean mentally as well as physically. That is always very important
  • Depends on the ratio of black to cream (coffee? no....), any way.... An evening wedding calls for a more perfuntory adherance to convention than normal, if for no other reason but to respect and honor the bride. If the dress is mostly black, a black evening shoe and small evening clutch is acceptable. Best would be a shoe that closely approximates the shade and texture of the black in the dress. For instance, if the dress material is not shiny, but like a crepe or brushed silk, then a linen shoe or similar would work. If the black material was shiney, as in vinyl accents of some sort, then a patent leather or similar would work best. If the dress is largely cream, then a cream shoe would work. But be carefull; never have the shoe lighter than the material of the dress. Even if it is mostly cream, a strap shoe in classic lines (NOT 6-inch heels with straps criss-crossing up to thigh high AKA the Dark Princess in some goth novel) would suffice if the materials were similar enough. The idea is for the shoe to complement the dress, not upstage or clash with it. For this reason you should avoid campy platforms, clogs, even some stilettos. Heels should be moderate. Often in evening wear, like art, less invariably is more.
  • Black or cream strappy high heels.
  • Cowboy Boots
  • Definitely black and strappy!
  • During what season/temperature will you attend this wedding? I'm all about black strappy heels w/ankle strap whenever possible; closed toe black w/ankle strap if the weather is below 75-F . I cannot agree more: trying to match cream will drive you mad... and relegate the shoes to minimal use after the event... Never Waste Your Shoes!
  • These.
  • open Toes Black Stilletoes..they always look super cute with strapless dresses..if its a summer wedding def. dont go with anything pointed.
