  • The need for sleep is different in each person. i have always survived on 5 hours each nite, even when i was 18. you may require more, you may require less. my wife sleeps 8-9 hours each nite and sometimes i am jealous of this. Like i said, it depends on the indivdual needs of each person.
  • The average ammout of sleep for a person is 8 to 10 hours a night. Although teens may need more. As long as you have energy during the day you should be getting enough.
