What kinds of clothes or colors will make my arms appear smaller?

    The general rule is, the lighter the colour, the smaller you will look. If you wore black, your arms would look huge. White will make them look smaller. It also depends on how long/short the sleeves are, too. The shorter the sleeves, the bigger your arms look.

    black makes you look slimmer. it in a way hides any rolls or fat that gives you lumps and bumps. when in doubt, wear black.

    Never bare your upper arms. Make sure you have a sleeve, preferably to elbow length, and never tight.

    cap sleeves are a bad idea for anyone with heavy arms, so avoid those at all costs. on t-shirts, look for a narrow (but not tight!) sleeve that ends right above the elbow.
