I am a 9th grader in high school i throw low 80's and i i have a batting average of 535 and on base % is 720 is there any chance that i could have scouts looking at me, i am very accurate pitching i can throw 2&4 seam fast curveball and circle change.

Yes. I assume you mean big league scouts. Contact the nearest big league team and find out when and where they are hosting their next tryouts. All teams do it on a regular basis and invite any and all to come allow them to have a look at what you have. Most teams hold camps in various places within their market.
