I will this weekend, probably. He's not the first actor I would imagine or pick for this type of film. I'll have a better opinion after watching it.

I love Robert Downey Jr, but I just don't think he really fits the part, so I'm not sure if I'll see this movie or not. Sooner or later I probably will, but won't spend $8.50 to see it.

I'm planning on it. Not so many movies get me as excited as this one. I feel like Ironman from the Ozzy song so I am compelled to go see it.

You won't know if they miscast him until you see how he did, will you? They've cast some people that some have said, "OH... HE can NEVER pull that character off", and they have - in SPADES. Then when they change the casting, people bitch about THAT. Just have to wait and see.

My daughter saw it tonight. She really liked the movie and thought Robert Downey Jr. was excellent in the role. Of course, she's too young to have been a comic book fan if you were looking for a critique on authenticity. I love Robert Downey Jr. He's like Teflon. All this crap that has hit him in life seems to just slide right off and we all still love him. Not many actors could pull that off.

I like the comic as a kid, and I like Robert Downey Jr. The previews look good. I'd like to hear what other people thought of it. We'd really like to check it out.
