Is it mean to ask someone.. "If I promise to miss you,,,Will you go away?'....If their annoying you?

If they annoy you tell them to go away; don't ask them, it might give them the chance to slink back and be clueless and not catch what you're "really" trying to tell them. Else you can be proactive and leave yourself; problem solved. Is it mean? I don't know about mean, but it's definitely very "tacky" , kinda low class if you ask me. When I think of it, I think spineless, wuss, weasel, coward. Just go already. :0)
