Id say the ventilator machine, i.e. the heart pump and other such instruments. Infact even an ECG machine measures electrical impulses, so thats physics too. Also the pacemaker.

To name just a few: Pretty much any kind of medical-imaging scanner -- X-rays, MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), PET (Positron Emission Tomography), CAT (Computed Axial Tomography), OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography), to name just a few; as well as electron microscopy, flourescence microscopy, and mass spectroscopy and spectrometry and gas chromatography, which play vital roles in the identification of vital biological molecules and novel proteins. Oh yes, and advances in computing, involving new materials and designs for chips and high-density information storage. We couldn't do without computers, these days. This list is by no means complete, it was just what immediatly sprang to mind.
