Well if anyone needs to know I figured it out. You have to take out the bottom part of back seat, which just pops up. Then there are three bolts at the bottom of the back part of the seat, remove those. Then lift the noise absorbing material, and there will be a gray circle thing, just pop that off, and there is the fuel pump, you just have to unscrew it, pull of the hoses, take it out replace it and put everything back in, not that hard at all, probably takes 30 minutes if you have the instructions, which I sadly didn't have :(
