What makes you want to contact old school friends? And if you did, how did you feel?

I think most of it is nostalgia. I did that last year and was very rewarded by it. I reconnected with my best friend from high school and we are still in contact and reconnected with an old crush from my freshman year just for the sake of seeing how life had treated him and we are now engaged to be married! Honestly, it felt great.

I contacted an old friend after attending a reunion and finding that he lived about 15 miles away from me. The last time I spoke to him, he was moving to the mid-west after getting married and graduating college. Funny that he moved back east and I moved north of where we went to school.
