  • In order to help your stomach fat while jogging/walking you need to suck in your stomach and hold it in the whole time. If you just let it hang out then not it will not help at all.
  • Jogging, or any other regular exercise, will hep get rid of fat (though eating less will help as well). But it will not develop a sixpack because that is formed by the abdominal muscles, which are not much used in jogging. To get a sixpack you need to exercise your abdominal muscles through specific exercises such as sit-ups.
