Depending on your state laws you can be charged with public intoxication.

In many states it's illegal to be in public at all and be intoxicated. Which to me is really rather stupid because whats more of a public place then a bar...lol

I'm not sure whether it's illegal or not, but it sure would be hard maintaining your balance on blades. Have you ever seen an intoxicated person on a motorcycle or a bicycle? It would be even more obvious on rollerblades...
