Pear of anguish? Can you tell us a little more about that? Is that a nickname for the speculum?
I meant to put the comment one answer below...She put links to different tourture devices, and that was one of them. I think it's the second link, and the third has a picture of it....Just look for the links. Read about it, and look at it, then you'll understand my question..LOL

Anticipation is always, well, anticipating. Like me, when I read the beginning of your answer: "Being strapped down." I liked that part, thinking of my best GF, but I wasn't thinking about hurting her--other interesting thoughts came to mind...
I tried to make my answer as detailed and theatric as possible without throwing up in my mouth, glad you appreciated it.
