Well if you take out the trailer, all you'll be left with is a park. Who wants that??

From what I've seen of the midwest, tornados would have nothing to do.

In order to remove a trailer from a park, you need to get a removal permit from the township where the trailer is located. The permit will not be granted until all debts associated with the trailer are paid. Some of these items will be local and school taxes and any rent that may be due to the trailer park. Good Luck!
