unmarried couple living seperate. mother has child of 2 years old. she wants to move to another state to start new. no divorce has been started or legal papers from judge as far as custody. child resides with mother. can she move out of oklahoma without being subject to abduction charges or and leagal issues.
I think that if it's determined to be kidnapping, there is NO statute of limitations on that.
I wouldn't have thought there was any time limit on it if the case could be proven. If it were determined in the earlier years that there was no case to answer, new evidence would have to be uncovered to bring pressure to bear to re-open the investigation or possibly investigate new/different crimes.
If you were to be kidnapped, what is the strangest person/group that you think you could develop Stolkhom's syndrome for?
