That's quite a friend you've got there! I'd always be scared to ask for money from my friends :S. Depending on his age, you should treat the matter differently. If he is young, give him a little less money next time and tell him that you can't always hand out money, because soemtimes you need it for yourself, when you need money. If the friend is older, do sort of the same thing. Give him a little bit less money every time, and tell him that its not always so easy to hand out money, because sometimes you need it too. When you talk to him though, keep the conversation mature and talk to your friend with confidence, and some pity if need be. Keep the converstaion mature and your friend is more likely to act mature as well. I hope I have helped! (Please rate my answer so I can learn how to better answer other questions. Thanks!)

Make him sign a written contract. this way, he will have a thorough understanding of what his chores are and what he is to be paid. once he signs, you then can refer back to the contract and this should eliminate any further money requests. if its in writing and signed, it stands pat. period.

if he is old enough to understand tell him he can get a job that pays for cleaning places up. but tell him politely.
