Could be paranoia but this normally is an indication that you are being watched. Many people make the mistake of believing that humans have only 5 senses because these are the senses that we can explain. Next time you are driving down the road, take a look at someone walking down the sidewalk. Even if they are facing the opposide direction you will notice that they instantly become uncomfortable as a result of being looked at. People can definitely tell when they are being watched. It is a survival mechanism that makes use of an unknown form of energy.
