Yeah, cops can get away with murder and everything else. It was even on 20/20 one night how all the cops can beat people, drive drunk, anything they want to. And people are getting fed up.

Remember Amado Diallo? This is becoming a disturbing trend of our justice department allowing corrupt law enforcement officers to get away with egregious abuses of their power. If I was a police officer I would want these bastards fired from their jobs and charged with murder because it only creates more hostility toward the police, who for the most part, I think are honest folks trying to do their best to do their jobs.

Just because you are a cop does not mean you need to get shot (or run down by a car) before you open fire to protect yourself. Situations like Rodney King have taught criminals that they should resist arrest and argue police brutality later. When a cop says "freeze, put your hand above your head" you should do it. If the cops are violating your rights, you will have an excellent civil case later. If you don't comply, you could get legally shot.
