Yes any form of squat and lunge are all great techniques.. make sure you eat healthy still. you don't want to throw your eating habits out the window if you eat healthy now. just keep up the squats lunges and leg presses and you will start seeing progress in no time.

No food will make your butt bigger. just fatter, and you don't want a fat butt you want a toned one.

their called lunges, Grab some dumbbells, have em at your sides, then with one leg step out as far as you can go, with your other leg bend alittle so that your knee is ABOUT to touch the floor.

Hold that position. (a second or two.. or common sence)

then come back with your feet side by side. and then continue with the other leg.

if you lunge, and its not far, your working on your quad's (those are the muscles at the front of your leg..) the further you go, the more your working on your ass.

    (i probably should've made a video..)

The "Flat Ass" syndrome is not uncommon these days as one might tend to think. Many simply accept the "Flat Ass" as,"Something I have to live with...". Not true! There are now new, fresh, innovative modalities that one may incorporate into an entire fully balanced ass maintainence program! That's the good news! Many ,however, simply cannot, or will not take the first simple step which is a 24 hour, seven day inventory of how they use, or don't use, good Anal Activities and Practices! Are you willing? Are you ready to take the first step? What are your motivations? ie:Am I doing this for myself or am I just looking for something to "Do for lack of anything better to do"? If your answer is the latter then you may want to re-examine your motives AND your goals. Remember, this will be the only Ass you'll ever have. It deserves all the love and nurturing you can give! After you've crossed this hurdle and begin to appreciate your Ass for all that it does for YOU, will you then be able to approach this crucial point with a clear, focused Ass Recovery program. Good luck and please don't give up! You and your Ass need atonement, you're BOTH worth it! Please post again and let us know which direction your Ass is heading. At that time you will be able to seek support with a clean conscience and Ass!

I've had a flat ass (also known as a Pancake Butt) for the majority of my life. Lunges and staying in relatively good shape helped a little (when I quit working out altogether, it gets *really* flat). However, in the past two years I have been practicing Yoga on a daily basis, and it has made a huge difference. I have actually developed a butt that I love. Unfortunately, when I quit yoga for longer than 20-30 days, my butt shrinks. I imagine that you could isolate the yoga postures that work the butt, combine them with lunges, and you'd develop a nice butt, but I've never seen anyone really pull that off. To play it safe, start practicing yoga every day, and you'll have a great butt. Don't believe me? Walk into a yoga studio and check out the 30 great asses around you!

    Who?

Squats and lunges. If you really want to make it bigger, then use high weight and low reps. If you want to tone it, use low weight and high reps

The flatness or roundness of your ass is GENETIC. You can try exercises suggested here, but it will only help to a certain extent, and it may not help at all. To the person that said you don't want a "fat butt", IMO that's exactly what MAKES a great ass--fat (and of course muscle). An all-muscle ass is not cute, especially not on a woman (I'm a woman FYI). It needs fat.

I was also born with a pancake butt. They run in my family. What helped me develop a little curve was this:

Lie down on one side. Bend the knee of the leg that is on top, and move the leg backward, your heel aiming toward your hip. Move back and forth slowly. You should feel a stretch. It's best to do small movements and more reps, so that you really feel the toning in the hips. Repeat for the other side.

Also lie face down, and alternate lifting each leg up toward the ceiling as far as it will reach. Again, move slowly, feel a stretch, and do small movements but more reps.

While these exercises will not give you J-Lo's or Beyonce's butt, they will shape your pancake into a little more of a muffin. :D
