Is it true that when a guy gets an erection he can't pee?

    Nope. As evidence, watch the first 5 minutes of the movie "40 year old virgin". We can, we just look silly and our aim is about as accurate as a blind gun fighter. Computing the angle of trajectory with the required effort ( or lack thereof) could probably induce fits in even the guidance system of an ICBM.

    i guy can pee during an erection. the only issue that comes up usually is just after ejaculation. your bladder is blocked and if an urge to pee arises, u must wait until your body enables the bladder access to your urethra

    its supposed to be, the tube you pee down is used both for ejaculation and urinating so when you have an erection it should cut off the supply from the bladder... in reality it doesn't always happen like that though.

    Yes. The urethra is both the tube for pee and semen. When a guy has an erection, a flap covers the urinary bladder shuts and he cannot pee. He can only ejaculate

    Well for me it's kinda true.
    I usually can't urinate with a hard-on, and when I try to it hurts.
    It's nothing too bad, just a bit irritating.
