  • Ooh, that's a touchy subject. It's like asking if all men are better drivers. Personally, I believe that intelligence belongs to an individual, regardless of gender. It has been proven that men excel in literacy and numeracy skills, but the gap is closing.
  • In certain areas of expertise I would agree but in other areas of expertise, I disagree.
  • LOL. I'd like to think so, but i really don't think one sex has an edge over the other.
  • yes. It starts in the womb, all brains start as female but after 8 weeks if the baby is a boy testastaroun pours in on the brain damaging the shape, size and killing most brain cells. Becasue of this womens brains are 10% lagrer, women are better at directions, every thing tought in school, use more of ther brain when they think, mature much faster and have much better memories. These are only a FEW of the many reasons.
  • I would say that we are equally intelligent, in general--but that woman have been socialized to be more practical and often have far more common sense.
  • No, individual people are smarter that others. And it has nothing to do with sex or race. My wife and I have taken IQ tests for fun, and I am usually a point or two over her's but she does beat me often enough. We hold no value in IQ tests. My wife is better at some things than I am and I think it's great. I can outcook her any time though!
