Well, you could go for black or white (although white shoes are kind of impractical since they get so dirty) or you could add some colour by wearing bright shoes and a bag and belt. Make sure they are all the same colour though. Hot pink would look good, what with 80s stuff being so in fashion at the moment. Red is another option.

It depends on the statement you are trying to make. A convervative look would be black shoes, but red, green, purple or any other color would be fun and artsy. Stacy and Clinton from What Not to Wear say that you should wear a splash of color with neutrals.

I would say a HOT red heal, it really makes a statement. It says, " i am confident and yes i can pull of this look".

You can wear any color with black and white. It just depends what you are trying to say. Like someone else said-red says you are confident and sexy. Black would be conservative.

Either white or black, but if the top and skirt are made of a floaty material ie. silky or chiffon then go for a strappy sandal rather than a closed in shoe.
