I'm constantly paranoid. The only time I'm not paranoid is when I'm sleeping and not having a dream, but that's just because I'm not thinking at all.

For some reason very often. I really am always paranoid of something. Not necesarily to the big picture... but the small things with the people that are close to me.

I would have to say that I suffer from bouts of paranoia at least twice a week. I figure that is about average for the times that my wife accuses me of being unfaithful.:(

If I get overtired and stressed out by fear, I may have a bout. Paranoia is fear that has escalated out of control. I'm aware when it happens and need to control my fears.

oh no i hunker down, turn off the lights, look over my shoulder , oh i am sorry i just cannot answer this who knows someone or something might see.. oh i hope i have not done it now !! scratches head,breathes hard, looks for escape out of this box i am typing in......................................loses it completely and you never hear from me again :P
