I can't really say what the tackiest is, because I think it's dependent on the situation and couple's history. A lot of people would think proposing visa email is tacky, but given I met my partner on the internet for us it would have been quite fitting (that's not to say I would have liked being proposed to that way!) So out of the three choices, my least preferable way to be proposed to would be on Jerry Springer. I'd be mortified actually. Then again, if I was on Jerry Springer, I probably wouldn't be the sort of person who'd mind.
