I don't think any airport is underground but I suppose it there may be in the feasiable future. Dubai has a loooong tunnel going under the runway connecting Terminal 1 with Terminal 2 when you arrive.

Dubai are currently starting the construction of an underground airport, I know this because my brother is working on it. Not sure of any of the cities you mentioned, however, Japan has a floating airport!
