to determine motility of organisms use hanging drop technique and also use wet mount technique
    HANGING DROP TECHNIQUE:
first apply vasiline on four corners of coverslip then place one drop of culture in centre of coverslip then place a type of slide called cavity slide invertely on coverslip after it turn slide and observed under microscope.
    WET MOUNT TECHNIQUE:
both methods are similar but some differ in second method first apply vaseline on corners of coverslip then drop normal sline in the center of coverslip and place culture and place invertely cavity slide on coverslip and turn slid and observe under microscope.
