  • a) Thunder does not fall b) Racist!
  • Thunder doesn't drop out of the sky.... Black coloured what?
  • According to this site, lightning is on too grand of a scale to notice such small things. The color of your clothse or metal objects you may be wearing are too small to attract lightning. http://wvlightning.com/lmwn3.shtml
  • You need a local concentration of charge to create the lightning "spark". Colour has nothing to do with it. Just stay away from trees or the edges of a verandah. If you can't get indoors, get into a car. If you're caught in the open, it's more important to run for shelter (not a tree) than to try to make yourself a small target. Lying down has one set of risks. Standing up has another.
  • Colour has nothing to do with fall of lightning If you have anything over your head which is having sharp edge(spear like shape),you have the chances to be struck by lightning. Lesser the area more will be the charge density & this will attract lightning If your hair suddenly stands on end, it could mean that you are about to be struck by lightning. To protect yourself, drop to your knees with your hands on them and bend forward. Never lie flat on the ground
  • Thunder doesn't fall. It is a sound. Sounds only fall on ears and anyone who is close enough hears thunder.
  • I will rephrase that for you: Is lightning more likely to strike the color black? And I do not know the answer, sorry.
