Most children don't lose their first set until the age of 5 for the front teeth, and even if they do grow with the child, it couldn't be much.. The molars and larger back teeth don't come in until 10-12 years old when the childs mouth is larger, and finally the wisdom teeth at around 18 years old.
A childs head is 2/3s it adult size when born, so I would conclude, with the above information, that no, the second set of teeth don't grow.

That is their first set of molars... their second set come in around 12 years old... they are adult teeth.
