  • Not unless there's an arrest warrant issued or they fall under our anti terrorist legislation.
  • All you have to do is provide the Canadian Police as much information on the Criminal including his place of residence if possible. The canadian police may not track him, however they may run a computer check and criminal history check on the individual to gather as much information as they can including any outstanding warrant information. But keep in mind Canadian police are busy just like the Police in the U.S. they may not be able to spend alot of time on just this one criminal.
