  • Nope. I'd sell to a complete stranger.
  • Probably not. I'm a terribly greedy person.
  • I'm an organ donor, I don't have a choice
  • yes i most like would... firm beleiver in karma and i would hope someone would do the same for me
  • It's hard to answer honestly without being in the position but I'd hope I could be so generous and brave.
  • Sure. I'd go to the deli and order some fried kidneys if they were starving. Mine: you gotta be joking me. Right?
  • I'm going to be blunt. Anyone answering yes to that has no basis to prove they would. Were a person actually willing to give up that kidney they would be currently on the registry of live organ donors. Yes people give their organs wile living. But rarely are they given to anyone other than a close relative Over the past ten years I heard of a woman donating a kidney to a child, another woman donated a kidney to her husband and a guy in prison donated a kidney for a parole. That's it! We can talk all we want about what we would do or be willing to do. But until we do it it's just words.
  • fuck off to the stranger that is
  • No. I don't think I care enough about random people to even begin to care that they need a new one. One things that has always perplexed me is if I'm losing a Kidney to replace one of your 2 crappy ones....doesn't that still leave one person short? Why can't they just cut out your crappy one and NOT take a donor kidney..
  • I actually had to really think about this as I have the same blood type as the wife of a guy I work with who needs a kidney. I found out that insurance companies may have the right to consider it a preexisting condidion and not cover any medical problems you may have in the future realated to the Kindey's and function and then also my sister had a kidney removed when she was a new born so she might need it. I tell you though it took some real soul searching because my first thought was lets do it.
