No. I very much like to place the cookies in the glass and proceed to drown each and every last one of them with milk. Once I'm satisfied they're all dead, I mean soggy, I continue to spoon them out, attempting to maintain their original shape, but often failing (since they are soggy!). Dunking always got my fingers wet and never got the cookies wet enough.

It depends upon what kind of cookies they are. Oreo's yes; chocolate chip, yes, oatmeal, no.
