The only guaranteed way I can think of is to cut a chunk off of yourself (an arm or leg maybe) - which proves that losing weight too fast can be extremely bad for you.

Cut sugar out of your diet, completely. No sweets, soda, all that stuff, bin it. The only drink you drink now is water. Now, you can go 100% protein for fast effects, but it may be easier going low carb, or just taper (reduce gradually) the amount of carbs you eat in a day. High amounts of protein are required to maintain your muscle, or you'll lose fat, AND muscle.
