I will actually answer the question. I love girly girls. Girls should be proud of their femininity. It doesn't work for me to have a girl that wants to be one of the guys. Also, I think girly girls tend to be happier than tomboys.

Time and place for everything. My wife can be "girly", but she can also haul hay, shoot dinner, play in the mud, and many other fun activity's without acting like the world is coming to a end.

If by "girly" you mean queer-ish, then personally, I don't find them attractive, but doubtlessly there are many guys who do.
