I think you are SOL hah just kidding, best find I found was http://www.SolarLighting.com if this is the solar light you were talking about. IF there is a college or University in your area with a solar technology program, contact that school and offer your sign as a school project. When the project is completed to your satisfaction, make a donation to that school's library or scholarship program. In fact, any time you need a project worked-on or research performed, one of the best sources is a school, college or university with a program in that field.
