I have a major fetish for having my nipples twisted, pinched, pulled, clamped etc. Would a nipple piercing enhance this sensation or would I lose some of that sensation?

I have very large breasts (44 D), and I am more than likely going to get my nipples pierced soon. Most of my girlfriends say pierced nipples enhances their sex life and they also have sexual sensations during the day due to their piercings even when they're not in a sexual mood. I'm a very sexual and sensual person, and my hubby says it's okay with him, so I pretty much will get my nipples pierced soon. I can't wait to wear all the different nipple jewelry I've seen underneath my clothing, as most jewelry is very cool.

i had mine done 5 years ago,and i would never have rough sex with them in,,,,you MUST be so careful you don't catch or rip the piercing,,,other than that ,,,they are so much more sensitive,,,and yes you can feel them under your cloths,,,and it does keep me in a highten state.....

Please have your nipples pierced as soon as possible - you'll feel even more!! I love my pierced nipples because I feel sexual sensations even more !!!

Do you feel the sensation during the day? I mean like at times when you wouldnt normally be thinking about sex?
For me, my nipples are so sensitive that the slightest touch can set me off. I'd be worried I'd be walking around with an erection all day if I did get them pierced - which in my job would not go down too well! What do you think?

I've never had mine done, but 3 of my girlfriends told me that they lost all sensitivity after having them pierced, so I didn't, cause "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".Mine feel fantastic just the way they are.

There's always a change you could lose some feeling, but it's not very likely. BUT to mess with a nipple piercing the way you're talking about can cause dammage to the nerves

If you get them pierced, then you wouldn't be able to twist/pinch them as hard.

I have large breasts (44 DD), and am going to get my nipples pierced very soon. I have heard that if pierced by an expert, the sensations you can feel constantly are very pleasurable. All my girlfriends have one or both nipples pierced and none have had any problems, and say it enhances all their sexual experiences. They also say they feel these same sensations during the day when they're not even having sex. I'm an extremely sexual person, and my hubby is okay with it, so this is something I'm definitely going to do soon.
