It shows you each answer and questions immediately as it posted. And it shows what was written like a preview.

I think the new arrivals page is AB's way of emulating CNN. It gives us a live up to the minute view of the Q & A activity on AB.

IMO not much. I would prefer there be a featured question box like there used to be before they got rid of it last May or so. The New Arrivals page is just an attempt to circulate the newest answered questions.
